PTACs are typically installed in window walls in hotels, Housing Facilities, hospitals, and Classrooms, providing fast cooling and heating with heat pumps and back up heat strips. Utilize the C&H App to control your unit remotely from anywhere. The exclusive remote controller is included with your unit, offering precise temperature control. Optional accessories are available for your PTAC Unit (to be purchased separately).

The Cooper&Hunter Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner and Heater has a cooling capacity of 14,700/14,500 BTU/h and a heating capacity of 13,500/13,200 BTU/h, along with a 3.5 kW 10,900/8,900 BTU/h Electric Heater – making it perfect for residential/commercial/hotel use. This system is designed for 230/208V, 1Ph, 60Hz, and is charged with R-32 refrigerant. It comes with a 20A power plug with a reset breaker. Please ensure you have the correct receptacle before placing your order. For new installations, a wall sleeve and exterior grille are required but not included in the listing, so they must be purchased separately.

This Heating and Cooling PTHP Unit can be controlled via the standard digital push button control panel with LED display, the included remote controller, or a compatible wireless smartphone device. Due to the system's size and weight, it is shipped palletized with arranged freight delivery service. An appointment for delivery is necessary, so please double-check your contact details before ordering. The compressor comes with a 7-year limited warranty, and parts have a 5-year limited warranty.
